Resort set to start sales within next six months
The developers of the Cape Eleuthera Resort and Yacht Club are expecting to start residential sales within six months, its managing director David Green said. He expects that once property sales began the company's employees, numbering 30 currently, should increase. |

Eleuthera resort starts lot sales
Property lots are now available in the $85 million Cape Eleuthera Resort and Yacht Club, the developers have said. They added that the Cape Eleuihera Yacht Club has the longest mega yacht dock on Eleuthera at more than 50 feet, enabling owners of larger vessels - more than 200 feet in length, with depths of up to 35 feet - to visit the island's marina. This has 55 slips, with a capacity of up to 200. |

Resort development awaits the `green light'
The principal investor behind a multi-million dollar resort project at the former Club Med site in Governor's Harbour, Eleuthera, is now "just waiting on the green light" from the Government to proceed, denying reports circulating on the island that approval delays had forced the development to lay-off part-time staff. |

The World's "finest sustainable and carbon neutral exotic island resort" is set to be built on a 35-acre island 10 minutes away from Harbour Island, according to the marketers behind the proposed 'Star Island', the entire project – set to include private homes, resort residences and luxury amenities such as a spa, tennis courts and a "no-fuel" marina – will be "off the grid" and "100 per cent energy self-sufficient." |
